Dimension Styles
Introduction to Dimension Styles
Just as with standard text, dimension style standards ensure that dimensioned drawings will
have a consistent appearance from drawing to drawing. Standards Manager allows for quick
selection and insertion of dimension styles from a standards database.
Inserting Dimension Styles
Stds Manager Tab ► Styles Panel ►
Load Dimension Style
The first step in selecting a dimension style is to choose the appropriate
Discipline
and
Group
from their respective drop-down lists. All available dimension styles defined for that discipline
and group will be displayed in the list. Left click on a name to select a style. Click the
OK
button
to load the style, set it current and close the dialog.
