Import Drawing Settings
Navigate to the drawing settings section of the dialog box right click on Object Layers,
Abbreviations, or Ambient Settings.
Import Feature Settings
Feature settings for a particular section contain associated styles that are also imported during
this process. Therefore, if the user has a completely blank template all the settings and styles will
be imported and the user can design quickly and easily.
Using the Import Styles Button
To import a mass of styles and settings, the user simply checks all desired boxes, and then clicks
the
Import Styles
button. The user will lose control of Civil 3D until the process has been
completed. If the user checks the entire style set, this process can be lengthy.
