In the
Filter
section create filters based on an object type and its properties.
1. Select an
Object Type
to populate the Properties section. All properties for the selected
object, or the common properties if
All
is selected, will be displayed.
2. Select a
Property
upon which the filter will be based.
3. Select an
Operator
and
Value
to compare against.
4. Select an Operation to specify whether the filter should be
Included
in the results or
Excluded
.
In the
Query
section any filters that have been added will be displayed. Use the
Remove From
List
and
Clear List
buttons to remove one or more filters from the Query List. Toggle
Apply
Filter
on to see the filter take effect in the results area of the Compliance Report dialog.
If two or more filters exist in the Query List they can be grouped using a logical
AND
or a logical
OR
. To group multiple filters select them in the list and right click to choose the appropriate
option.
To export a set of filters for later use click the
Export Query
button. The Query can be saved to
the Local Library, Standard Library, or to a specified location. The file is saved in an XML format.
Be sure to save the Query with a descriptive name so that it can be used again in the future. To
import a saved Query click the
Import Query
button.
Output
Compliance reports can be written out as HTML documents for review.
1. Choose
Single File
or
Multiple Files
. If Multiple Files is chosen and more than one
drawing file have been scanned each drawing file will produce its own compliance report
HTML document.
a. If Single File is selected, the
Path
will be to an HTML document to be created.
b. If Multiple Files is selected the
Path
will be to a folder in which multiple HTML
documents will be created based on the scanned drawing file names.
2. Check
Auto Open
to automatically open the files in a web browser after they are created.
3. The
Use Filter
check box applies the filters from the Query section when outputting
HTML documents.
4. To create the output click
OK
.
