External References
External References are not scanned by default. To scan Xref's, go to the External References
Tab and check
the references to scan, then click the
Scan Xref(s)
button. Right clicking
anywhere in the list will also present options to
Select All
and
Clear All
check boxes.
Additional Drawings
Additional drawings can be scanned, displayed and reported on. Click
Add File(s)
to add one or
more drawing files by specifying their exact location(s). Click
Add Folder(s)
to add one or more
folders. Any drawing files in the folders will be added to the Additional Drawings list, including
drawings in subfolders if
Search All Subfolders
is checked. Individual files can be selected using
default windows selection methods and removed using the
Remove File(s)
button. Check one or
more drawings and click
Scan DWG(s)
to add them to the parent dialog.
