The
Display Control
section of the dialog contains a sub section for
Drawing Tab Control
. This
section controls how text objects are grouped. The four options are:
Individual Tabs - Displays an individual tab for each model space and layout from
every scanned drawing.
Combine Model Tabs- Displays the model space text entities of every scanned
drawing together.
Combine Layout Tabs - Displays the paper space text entities of every scanned
drawing together.
Combine All Tabs - Combines all text entities from every scanned drawing together.
Text Style Display Filters
The display filters allow for easy refining of the list of text objects displayed. Use the
Text Type
filters to turn off DText or MText objects. The
Text Height Filter
displays only text objects that
print in the range value specified at the drawing scale specified. For example, with a scale of
40 and lower and upper limits of 0.08 and 0.125, respectively, the software would search for text
entities between a height of 40(.08) and 40(.125) or 3.2 to 5 units in AutoCAD. The
Text
Contents Search Filter
searches the contents of the text objects for the specified string.
Wildcards are automatically applied at the beginning and end of the string.

Dimension Style Conversion
The Dimension Style Conversion Utility will automatically scan the current drawing for all
dimension entities. External References and Additional Drawings can also be added to the
displayed set of dimension entities. As seen below, non standard styles and any individual style
overrides are highlighted in red.
